Hi Al. I should have read the thread header more closely.

In it, you've got

8) One buy and one sell in any given month. Using the closing price of the stock on the day you wish to buy or sell it. You can buy or sell your stock-pick on any day of the month.

With that in mind, I guess my reality suggestion would modify that to-

8) One buy and one sell in any given month. Using the next closing price of the stock, after your request. You can buy or sell your stock-pick on any day of the month. The stock will be sold at the next closing price, after your request.

So, a request at 4:15PM EST, after the market has closed, and possibly after there has been news, would be filled at the next day's closing price.

A request at 3:59PM EST, while the market's still open, would be filled at that day's closing price.
