Two other things that I will point out.

One, with the extra spending on research and development, it will be harder for Simtek to be profitable this year overall. On an operations basis though, I don't think that will be a problem.

Second, a story this morning that Cypress doubled their stock buyback to 600 million dollars total. They have the ability to pay a nice premium not just on where Simtek is right now, but where they can expect to be and that would be nice for current shareholders. Right now, that is just pie in the sky thinking but I don't think that Simtek goes through the present motions to sell out to Cypress on the cheap.

Just my opinion. The board can now go back to its usual ennuidom.
