Just talked with a long time observer of USDI today about the price action of this stock. Facts: Great management team with good track record. Company has private offerings underway. After securing financing and filing financials, is planning on NASDAQ listing. Price of stock continues to climb. Supposition: Details of company leaking via prospectus circulation. Even those turning down private placement will chat with others "Don't quote me, but there is this great little company..." Leaks circulating among wealthy individuals and institutions, who are taking positions in USDI. All of the forgoing strictly speculation. Something is moving price up. Can only be people thinking this stock is on its way up. By the way, success of company not dependent upon success of Iridium. Just another option for customers. Regards, Jack Simmons
