Hi Rod, This point that I'm about to make is a road block that RACE need to get by. You wrote. "I think we've herd (sp?) this before. My personal feeling is that if there were anything compelling about this technology then business would have done been compelled already. What happens to RACE when RBOCs start using these DSL-based technologies? All I can say is Be Ware (sp?). A first glance this is a correct assumption. Paraphase of this first glance might be, "Why invest in a dinosaur technology like this. There is realy nothing new here just a play on existing technology that will soon be obsolete". Well the dinosaurs had a very long existance and didn't become extinct over-night and neither will the existing POTS infrastructor. New technology will need to be implimented in a way that it works with the existing systems. I believe there are many situation in which Be There can get corporate america the most bang for it's buck. Untill a more widely accessable technology is available. R. Allan Choiniere
