Man breaks record for smashing concrete with his groin
ananova.com

An Indian martial arts expert has won a place in the Guinness Book of Records after cracking three concrete blocks in half using his groin.

Bibhuti Bhushan Nayak, 34, from Delhi, says he started training his groin after being inspired by a karate expert in Japan.

He told the Asian Age Newspaper: "I was extremely fascinated that he could use his mind to perform extraordinary physical feats, and that he could numb the nerves to any kind of pain."

Nayak beat the previous record, held by a US man who had two concrete blocks smashed on his groin with a sledgehammer.

His next target is to break 50 baseball bats with his knee.
