There is an extremely good reason why Netcom is 'undervalued'. It is an ISP. ISP's are a deadly business to be in with the phone companies and cable companies set to make them extinct. Maybe not this year, but definitely next year. Price cutting will be mandatory once the big boys start moving in on the ISPs' turf. You could be right, it could be undervalued, just trying to explain what the market thinks: ISP's have no place to go in the future.
