It really feels like brokers (at least many of them) never really believed in SS implementation on specified dates. I talked to several representatives and my impression was the same: they never paid any real attention to it. I asked this ARCA question, answer was like: it shouldn't be a problem to reprogram it, we will look into it when time comes. Details about whether ARCA is capable to differ NNM securities from small caps were not discussed. Well, this question becomes of pure academic interest for several months again.. :) Vadym
