To subtract the previously known AUTHORIZED share count from what John clearly posted, several times as OUTSTANDING shares. This poster subtracted "apples from oranges" (he subtracted the old authorized share count from the newly reported outstanding share count), when he should have subtracted the old outstanding share count from the new outstanding share count.
