IMH, MICC should be researched further for a short position. I also think that the Cellular soln is the future for 3rd world countries, but the corrupt relative governments will make entry into cellular tech much more expensive for their poor populations - only middle and upper class will have access to cellular coz only they can afford their governmental extortion. Thus, their model of business may or may not work out, but the question is: How long can the company survive above water till such governments change their corrupt methods of extorting their own people??? best regards, mark
