Thank you kindly for your pointing me in the right direction. I would have responded sooner but, although I read your message soon after posting, i have been engrossed in ther 10K since then. Wow! Its a lot to digest. I see that in fact we are in Q4 at the moment and that Q396-97 figures are the ones we are still missing for the period to Jan31 1997. I saw also that their Annual Shareholders meeting was at the end of April last year. The June 30 meeting is not touted as the annual one. Now that I see the complexity I think I will just sit back and set my Pointcast to MTCI and leave it at that!! I appreciated your responses. Thank you.
