States rights, Individual rights and oil companies.

TransCanada was granted the right-a-way (eminent domain) by the State of Nebraska,

When was the last time a company from a foreign country was granted the right of emminent domain in the lower 48????

In mid-January, TransCanada filed nearly 90 eminent domain cases against landowners on the route. Landowners sued to stop the land acquisition.
Now suppose the name of TransCanada was changed to TransIraq.......how far would that pipeline go into the lower 48 states?

The far right keeps talking about individual freedom (good for them).....but they ought to pay attention to the individual rights of those ranchers in Nebraska.
