If this is true, will it be U.S. companies that make all the money? Many of the CEF's holding are in basic infrastructure, which will certainly grow, but it seems likely that companies with multinational presence and technical advantages will get a large share of the pie--and they won't be based in the emerging countries.

Just my two cents.
