Rusty and Cary, This is a one for one exchange (1 PRWT share for 1 PABN share). As I have indicated, this is one of the best things that could happen for us shareholders (along with continued positive press releases and revenue generation). ALL "shady" (illegal to be blunt) activity (such as naked shorting) will have to be accounted for. It will most likely take serious effect on the stock price on Wednesday or Thursday. This doesn't even take into consideration the news going out on the wire regarding the new cusip number (which in itself is an indicator to professionals of cleaning house and a huge correction in the stock price). It is obvious we are moving up, but the big moves are when these chains break due to the cusip number forcing a correction as to the public float (supply and demand), etc. Good luck to all here! Get ready for many more naysayers.....
