I can't believe I've stumped the board!! Sombody must have some ideas. This is a recurrent problem and tough to correct when I don't know what file it is.

P.S.: Would any of the "registry cleaners" be of help... and, if so, which ones work without damaging the registry? Anyone with any experience using them?
