Yes, he is being cautious, as normal, but very bland. Therefore, I see NO fast market conditions arising from this testimony of H H .... Tick appears to have bottomed at around minus 850 and premmie at around 6 and trin peaked at 90 .... slowly sideways for the spoo at around 74 basing under moderate volume ..... I'll watch for now
