Thanks for posting that article. The passion of Shootie's life, to make others aware of the dangerous of carbon monoxide.

I am willing to bet that shootie's response to this article would be something similar to acknowledging that having a detector is a must for anyone using any type of "gas" appliance.

But then I think he would say that the consumers responsibility to have carbon monoxide detectors is only half of the issue. The other half <even more than half> of the issue is the manufactures to accept responsibility for producing gas appliances that are Carbon Monoxide safe.
We won't mention the name of the company that is his pet peeve in violating the safety factor.
