IFMX.... how do they look lately jim? this from tonight's bloomberg equity preview.... Informix Corp. (IFMX): The No. 5 database software maker reported better-than-expected third-quarter earnings as the benefited from reduced expenses and showed 23 percent sales growth. Informix said net income was or 10 cents a diluted share compared with a loss 73 cents, a year earlier. Per-share earnings beat 6 cents, the average estimate of nine analysts polled by First Call Corp. Informix rose 5/8 to 5 1/2.
