RG MVEE is far from leaving the OTC-BB. It has not met any of the NASDAQ requirments to file for small cap listing. Its price is way off and it has not filed as a full reporting company. I'm not sure that it has had a full auditing yet. Seems to me it would have to do a major reverse split to get the price up to meet nasd rules and the price has to hold at or above the required price for 30 conseculative days. Don't get me wrong, I would love to see it happen as the major players don't mess with the OTC bulletin board. I have bought this stock to hold long and hope what I have written above comes to be.
