You ask... does the price differential indicate the shareholders might vote against this deal? For Repap share holders NO - But for Avenor share holders, maybe! Because the great dept of Repap. The dept of Repap would bring Avenor dept to 59% of its capital.

Share holders should vote on the 27 february. I personnaly have both companies in my portfolio. I follow the situation very closely!!!

Excuse my english... you probably denote that I am french ;-)
