More ECM Companies Beat Earnings Estimates

These two ECM companies reported earnings yesterday morning:

Plexus (PLXS) Consensus = 0.20 Actual = 0.39 (yesterday morning) Big upside "surprise" as the market has been telegraphing for over a week now. The stock moved up almost 10% on the news after being up 25+% before the news.

Sigma Circuits (SIGA) Consensus = 0.05 Actual = 0.06 There were only two analysts following this stock, one estimated a loss, so the other estimated a larger gain. The stock moved fractionally down.

Add this to two earlier reports for KNT (Actual 0.26 vs. 0.25) and SANM (Actual 0.47 vs. 0.46). Both these stocks moved up before and after report, probably because of imprvement over prior periods. This sector is four for four in the January earning reports. Sign of good tidings to come?

Flextronics (FLEXF) Is due out soon; I'm going to look for it.
