This is a great idea!! Hurray! I've been hearing a great deal on the sector by some very savy people for quite some time...basically what your saying in your prologue, that there are many companies that are finally getting their science into mid and late stages that are trading for a fraction of what it cost to get them there and a fraction of their value. One concern I have is the pace...one per week although for indepth discussion may actually be very fast, with what I think the sector will be doing this fall may leave us wanting. Maybe we could start a bulliten board with ideas as well?? With categories (ie. company A has 2 approved drugs with annual revenues of X expected to grow at Y....1 drug in phase 3 with potential sales of x, 3 drugs in phase 2 etc., etc, etc,??? I dont know...just an idea...I would like to hear some ideas for core positions to get on board! One thing I did last week was buy "HQH" on the big board...Hambricht and Quist closed end medical fund with 40% biotech...traded at 17% discount at the time. I also own CHIR and ISIP, as well as ENZN. DAK
