Yorkton's wrong doing's go waaaaay back, but that's not News :(

Yorkton was in on this fraud with a bunch of their buddies. The $3 million fine was leveled at the 3 main players - not Yorkton (Section 38 of the above judgement).

Here's some uplifting reading. Just go here and do some key word searches using "Yorkton" as the key word.
