Here's more info on HQNT......... The primary market in the U. S. for these healthcare audit and management systems including quality improvement tools and risk and outcomes management are hospitals, nursing homes and physician groups. There also are a significant number of secondary markets, including long-term care, mental health, home health, outpatient clinics and specific government healthcare related agencies. The size of the market for clinical information management/data warehousing decision support systems is estimated to grow to $1 billion by the year 2000, a compound annual growth rate of 40%, according to Robertson Stephens & Company.
