HúQuotient, Inc. (formerly Integrated Healthcare
Systems, Inc.), formed in 1993, designs, develops,
markets and maintains connectivity systems and
integrated quality improvement and risk management
systems for the healthcare industry. HúQuotient's
I-Linksm non- invasive interface engine is helping
hospitals nationwide collect timely, accurate and
meaningful pre-billing healthcare data from diverse
hospital wide systems.

Quality and risk event data is then added to this data
and used by hospitals to develop effective healthcare
process improvement strategies through the use of
HúQuotient's Dataqual© System, featuring Quality
Improvement, Risk Management, Staff Credentialing,
Utilization Management and Infection Control systems.
The modular, integrated DataQual systems, running
under Windows NT, are provided to hospitals via an
HúQuotient supplied PC server and are fully
compatible with Windows NT and Novell networks.

Hospitals, using I-Link Enterprise, can additionally link
themselves, via the Internet, using an
Internet/Intranet/Virtual Private Network, to central data
repositories in order to share this accurate, timely and
meaningful healthcare data with healthcare provider
groups, affiliated statewide organizations (such as
hospital associations), managed care organizations,
and liability insurance companies.
