I know that is the frustrating part. I love AOL b/c I am not that computer literate and it is easy for downloading files, but when I constantly get kicked off it seems like more of a hassle. If it was a free service I wouldn't complain, but we pay a nice chunk each month and you would think that these kinks would be worked out by now. It seems like I have been bumped more lately than I have since I signed up for their service. Hopefully AOL will get their act together. Until then, we're at their mercy in this, the next level of growth. PB
