I find myself wondering why I even subscribe to AOL. I have been a loyal AOL user for four years now and I just can't bring myself to cancel their service. I have more trouble with them today than I did when they had the capacity problems. I understand that network problems occur, but with AOHell is seems as if they occur on a daily basis with my email "temporarily unavailable" when I need to check it most to the constant "bumping off" of their service. That seems to happen almost daily to me. I will log in and be in the middle of something and the service just stops responding, forcing me to dial back in. I even use AOL through a network connection, and I still get "bumped." Yet, I still can not bring myself to cancel their service, in fact I just renewed for another year. I have no reasonable explanation why I did so. I get so frustrated, yet I continue to put up with it. Is anyone else in the same boat? Bert | ||||||||||||
