Taken from the Quarterly Report:

USA Network Television Distribution Agreements On March 1, 2000 we provided notice of cancellation of our contract with USA Network with
respect to four hours of our programming effective September 2000. Our agreement with USA Network with respect to our remaining hour of
programming expires in September 2000. We are currently in discussions with USA Network as well as other networks to secure a new
distribution agreement for this programming.

Based on this information, I expect WWFE to be at least double by the end of the year.
