Thanks for answering my question. I down loaded the technical from their web site, however, I had to think very hard to understand the thermal dynamics of the design. It is not as easy as you said.

I went to Edgar to check its financial balance sheet. Here is what I found:

Has this company made a sale in the last two Qs? They are very short of cash to run this company. I wonder how was the stock price been determined by the promoters based on only $180K of shareholder equity at March 31, 2002. I figure the equity is about half of that number by now.
