On May 17, 2002, Aqua Dyne, Inc began trading as a public company. It trades on the OTC bulletin board under the symbol, AQDY. Aqua Dyne owns the rights to the JetWater system, a novel, high volume, commercial method of "purifying" water. It is not a filtration system, as in reverse osmosis, but goes a step beyond and purifies the water. The JetWater system holds numerous advantages over conventional filtration and purification. Some of these advantages are as follows (taken in part from AQDY's website): -Cost competitiveness -The ability to choose a level of water purity depending on the application -Low energy consumption costs -Automated operation -Long operating life -Low capital investment (Aqua Dyne will own the JetWater unit and lease it to the user) -Ease of maintenance -The unit can be transportable -The system will remove ammonia and nitrogen (beneficial to the food processing industry) -More efficient removal of micro-organisms than conventional treatment -Effectively removes industrial waste to comply with environmental standards -Effectively removes salinity from sea water to drinking water standards -Will process more than 200,000 gallons per day -For very high volume applications, a stacking system can be used to produce in excess of 200,000 gallons per hour. Of course, the cost for this system would be greater than a standard JetWater system. Imagine the applications: HUMANITARIAN (drinking water) Can you remember a time when drought wasn't a problem somewhere? Droughts make life difficult for humans, livestock, agriculture, etc. Think of the numerous islands and costal regions that receive too little rain to provide ample, pure water for their inhabitants, yet they are next to an ocean of salt water. In the opposite extreme, floods cause sewage systems to overflow and contaminate fresh water supplies, and disease often follows. In both instances, the JetWater system has the solution. It will easily remove bacterial contaminants as well as salt, and the results will meet drinking water standards. The JetWater system can be portable and moved from site to site on the back of a truck or in a transport plane, making it ideal for emergency situations nationwide or worldwide. Of course, it can also be stationed in a fixed location. INDUSTRIAL (waste water purification) How may industries must go to extreme measures to remove contaminants from the water they've used in their manufacturing processes before it can be legally disposed of? The numbers are huge! And some industries clean their municipal water before using it in clean manufacturing processes. The JetWater system easily handles these issues. AGRICULTURE The applications in an agricultural environment are numerous. If water needs decontamination before or after use, either can be achieved with the JetWater system. And the ocean's water can become irrigation water. WATER DEMINERALIZATION How many mines are contaminating the environment from runoff that contains heavy metals, toxic chemicals, etc? Mine operators go to great expense to maintain holding ponds for these and other pollutants, and many of these sites eventually leak into the environment. How much does the industry pay for violations each year? It's likely that many mining operations will welcome a solution to this environmental and public relations nightmare. The JetWater system will remove these contaminants. Whether it's desalination, mine site clean-up, bacterial or parasitic contamination, clean water needs for agriculture, agricultural waste clean-up, waste water from feed-lots/slaughter-houses, industrial contamination caused by manufacturing/processing, or super clean water needed in a manufacturing process, the JetWater system will resolve these issues. Imagine the military applications within NATO (Army, Navy, etc). Or how about the cruise ship industry? The list just goes on and on... Nearly everyone reading this message will think of at least one company, municipality, etc, that could use a JetWater system. Many companies are searching for a solution to their water issues, and many companies could use numerous JetWater systems. Since AQDY just recently opened for business, it is likely to be months before the JetWater systems can be supplied in significant numbers, and demand is likely to outweigh supply for at least the first few years. I would not be surprised to find there are numerous negotiations going on behind the scenes, as we speak. I'm confident that it will not take long for Aqua Dyne to develop a strong presence in this HUGE market. I'll resist a desire to make projections for the company and its stock, but I will say the potential profits generated by these units is likely to be very high. When I run the numbers based on potential revenue in years two and beyond, that's when it gets crazy! Depending on how many contracts are signed in the first 12 months (in which 10 months remain), it's likely we can project the following few years with a modest degree of certainty. If my estimates are correct, the numbers will be dramatic. It's rare to find a company that's nearly undiscovered with such significant growth and earnings potential over the next few/many years. One thing that's likely to accelerate AQDY's momentum is the small public float (just over 1 million shares) and the small number of shares outstanding (just under 7 million). AQDY closed today at a bid of $2.70, and offered at $3.00. That's a market capitalization of roughly $20 million. Its range is from $2.70 to $4.00 in the past few days and volume is very low. When the herd discovers Aqua Dyne, watch out! Of course, any messages I post to this site are my personal interpretation of the outlook for Aqua Dyne, Inc. All investors are responsible for their own decisions. For further information, please check Aqua Dyne's website: aquadyne.us.com For now, the website is just basic information updated from time to time. Someday (when the cash flow is great), it may be greatly improved. PS. I’ve read SI for years, but since no one seems to have brought this discussion here, I couldn’t resist joining and spreading the word... This one has a lot going for it! | ||||||||||||||
