Hi Greg Glad to have some company on this thread. I've owned RMR since 5/95 at 16. Great LT investment with strong up-side and a VG dividend along the way. I followed the stock for about 6 mos before I purchased. I believe that RMR still has a lot of upside remaining. As you know this stock is a play on interest rates and is also a REIT. With the recent positive earnings along with stable interest rates I believe this stock will continue to trend upward. I agree that management is solid with a good handle on this company. They learned an important lesson in the 90's and have indexed their ARM based portfolio and diversified their product base by moving into mfg. housing. Getting late. Keep in touch. Charles
