I have been a stockholder of RMR for over a year. RMR is a self-managed financial REIT that originates, services, securitizes and invests in residential mortgage loans and securities. RMR pays a good return in the form of a dividend as required by income tax code to qualify as a REIT. Is anyone else interested in RMR? Always on the lookout for good information.
