I have been disappointed in Barnes' performance these past few days as the stock has languished behind the major averages. Perhaps an upside potential of 30% + over the balance of 1997 just dosen't cut it in these tech-happy days. I have lightened my position in B by 50% and have put some of it into CSCO recently. Will continue to hold balance of shares in cash account for the long-term (2-4 years) as a core holding. Gary
