JER Envirotech Int'l Appoints Ronald F. Price to Board of Directors
Vancouver, B.C. – April 18, 2007 - JER Envirotech International Corp. (TSX Venture: JER; Frankfurt Stock Exchange: KFTB) (“JER” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Ronald F. Price to its Board of Directors. Mr. Price brings to JER more than 40 years experience in the global chemical and polymer industries.
Mr. Price currently operates Global Polymer Solutions, a consulting company established in 2003 and focused on business management, marketing & sales, new business development and polymer technology. The company also acts as an industry representative for both domestic and global engineering polymer suppliers.

Prior to starting Global Polymer Solutions, Mr. Price previous relevant work history and achievements include:
- From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Price served as Director, Automotive Business Unit for Huntsman Corporation, a global manufacturer and marketer of differentiated chemicals with 14,000+ employees, 75 operations in 24 countries and revenues of more than $13 billion. Mr. Price defined and led a team responsible for four innovative new polymer technologies and $150M+ in annual revenues.
- From 1989 to 2003, Mr. Price was the Marketing Manager, Automotive Business Unit for ExxonMobil Chemical, one of the largest worldwide petrochemical companies and an integrated manufacturer and global marketer of olefins, polyethylene, polypropylene, oriented polypropylene packaging films, plasticizers and other petrochemical products. As part of his responsibilities, Mr. Price served as an acquisition team leader and was responsible for the acquisition of two polymer companies.
- From 1964 to 1989, Mr. Price served in a number of executive management positions with Borg Warner Chemicals, a global plastics manufacturing unit of Borg Warner Corporation that was sold to General Electric in 1998. During his tenure, he established a major market position with Japanese automotive companies as well as coordinated global business plans, P&L, programs and pricing for OEM and tier suppliers.
