As of the beginning of 2006, JER is in production at their first plant in Delta, BC. They are manufacturing pelletized WPC using a combination of polypropylene and sawdust. They are constructing a panel board manufacturing plant as well, to extrude WPC in 4' x 8' sheets for use in the construction industry. JER has developed forty-two WPC formulations in conjunction with the Natural Resources Council of Canada. NRC owns the patents and licenses the technology exclusively to JER.
