Good Morning G,

I think the off shore drilling business got thrown out with the bath water.

Next month Mexico is selling leases for shallow water oil drilling in the Gulf of Mexico - a huge shift in policy which has taken over a year to get to the bidding stage.

The gulf of Mexico is now where new oil production will come from in 2016.

While shale slows deep water continues.

As refineries get off maintenance and return to supplying the driving season -I expect many who could not afford a long drive vacation will choose to enjoy one.

Disney World should be maxed and a trip to Grandmas will happen as well.

Cheap energy is always used to a greater level of consumption.

The cost of my drive to Wisconsin is almost cut in half - it is fun to fill up for less than $50.00 vs fill up and get cut off by the pump at $100.00 and not get topped off.

I have taken positions in ESV and RIG.

Bob
