Wells won't cut it, as it still depletes the aquifer.

It really appears serious out here, I have not been around but there has not been a strong rainfall in weeks or so it appears.

I don't think people are dying as they are elsewhere....but it is very dry. I doubt towns are cutting new wells. If the aquifer is low then what difference would it make? The entire state is on restriction.

My son tells me, that barring fresh water from places such as the Polar Ice Cap, 95% of the globe's fresh water is in Canada. There has to be a way to transact a deal between Canada and the US so that both would prosper. Water is an exportable commodity for Canada....there just isn't a viable market for it as yet.

In the years to come there just might be....
