Well guess what, the PABN corporation has reappeared on the Nevada SOS site. sos.state.nv.us When I checked yesterday, I searched for the company name, John Schmitz's name (CEO), Kelly Turner's name (Resident Agent) and the file number 13454-1998 and came up blank on all the above yesterday, but they are all there now. As is RMC. Guess John didn't pay that $75 dollars after all. And this also suggests that the RM might not have been completed to date. I wonder if that's why there was no mention of the RM in the PR which touted the Name and Symbol change.
