[TA QUOTE OF THE DAY]
Mark Haines of CNBC, when speaking to a CEO recently:
Well, your earnings came out last night, you beat the street estimates, your numbers (read: FUNDAMENTALS) all look good...but your stock is down sharply today...I don't understand it.....I just don't understand it.
Someday, a CEO will answer, "Well Mark, the stock's up over 100% for the year, it's been in a congestion region between 65 and 70 for the past 7 weeks, each successive rally attempt has stalled just below the prior high, and the highs have been on lower volume. Stochastics said sell, Money Flow said sell, RSI said sell, ADX was in a downtrend. For god's sake Mark, what more did you need? I sold all my shares weeks ago! So did my CFO!" |
