Ald,
that's exactly why I elected yesterday to let CPTH go over resistance and to buy pullback instead of buying breakout itself. This break was used as confirmation, which increased the chances of successful trade while gave up some potential gain.
Overall, this is very sound approach: wait for confirmation instead of guessing what happens, double top or breakout.
