Roger, I was Correct in my post regarding RMC! What I posted right after the RMC announcement was true! There was a clause in the contract. Even though they were given Shares and monies for possession PABN had an out if the books were not within the PABN guidelines. Gang, even though the share price looks like it's at the bottom of the bowl, I'm very happy that John took this position and did not go forward with what might be future dead meat.
