Well I have been using 250M as the current number of shares in the float. (No recision of the RMC deal can change the float part of it as RMC would have been an insider for those calculations.) If you have a better number for the float, then use it, but if the float is 20% of the authorized then whatever number you use you must multiply by 5 to come up with what the authorized is. I have seen 265M recently used if that is it, then that implies an authorized of 1.365Billion.

Using the 1.1Billion number and the 20% implies that the float is 220M which it hasn't been for awhile as I understand it.
