My goal is merely to set the record straight for investors and potential investors. Calling the notes to their last audited financial report bogus is hardly a responsible way of going about your task. But then perhaps your task has another agenda? An agenda of painting a rosie picture maybe? An agenda that resorts to mischaracterizing any legitimate concern? Like the fact that this deal with the Golan and Globus concerns possibly cedes a controlling share to them by potentially doubling the the number of o/s shares? You would call that reference found in their financials a bogus conclusion all in the name of setting the record straight?
