Oh hon,that was so honest, it's hard to read. And yet, the kind of stripping down to the core that you're describing happens to all of us in one form or the other, I believe. It's so painful, like burning a forest,but the good thing is that the growth that springs up afterwards is hardier and healthier.

This will pass. You're a good and kind man, which matters more than anything.
