*****I feel I must respond to your post that included my name. While I totally respect your opinion, I would also like to make a simple point and a few things clear. I confess to having more of a edge in my post that you are obviously un-able to handle. Unlike you, My definition of humor does not have to attempt to exist in the narrow channel or range that your's seems to. I lean toward the*Dennis Miller/Chris Rock/HBO type humor but I certianly enjoy any and all attempts to make me smile. Humor/Jokes/Wit between adults ,does not, and should not have to conform to your <<still under the review of my Grammar School Principal...and his Ideas theory>>.
*****While I realize that you are obviously attempting to live your life in the <I'm still in the fifth grade -and my teacher said not to read that stuff-mold>. It also makes you the minority....and usually the subject or target if you will of most attempts at humor. To me it's obvious you are a card carring member of the humor police, but it's OK you are entitled to live and express yourself anyway you want....It just seems a shame that some people if they COULD, would restrict the free flowing, broad literary river to a, slow moving stagnating creek.
*****I think I must tell you that all of my post on that list were to what I consider my friends and were ONLY on the Flame Thread. This thread<Flame Thread> is totally and I mean totally dedicated to wit/humor... without the burden of the heavy load of rules and limits that you sadly have chose to bear.
*****Everyone that post there on a regular basis understands that they can say or draw any kind of picture with words they want. Some of them, I admit can totally strech your emotions and make you gross out and laugh at the same time...but, in the end, there will be well deserved applause if it's funny, and the poster will suffer multible humorous indignity's if it's not....These are not vicious attacks...they are not abusive or even hateful. You were probably thinking they are, but there not. They are just attempts at making people smile and sometimes cringe but most important, laugh. In the serious world of trying to make money in this business,<stock market> a place to escape and maybe get a laugh during a bad day has appeal. Plus you can stretch you wit and writing skills. Most of these guys are very good, extremely funny and witty stuff.
*****We, and when I say we I'm referring to the people who names I used in all those post know that and we have quite a litle contest going, all trying to out -do the other. I would like to invite you to come visit some time. You welcome to vent a little frustration at me anytime..... Express yourself...insult me if you can....the only rules are no PROFANE LANGUAGE and YOUR POST TRUE GOAL must be your best attempt at being funny/witty. After this post to you I admit I deserve a few jabs/insults by you so I will cut you some slack at first....just remember it's all in fun and being thin skinned is a weakness. I feel I must warn you that myself and my friends play hardball and you MUST be able to take a joke or a humorous insult in stride. Got to go back to the hunt now... my alarms have tripped.
