If you do have a contract I don't think it specifies that you will get a certain exact set of services that will never be reduced.

You might have grounds if your account was canceled with no TOU violations, or if you couldn't read or post anymore even if the account was technically not canceled, other than that I don't think you have a legal leg to stand on.

Edit - In light of Message 20970524
you might not have any leg to stand on even if you account was abruptly canceled for no reason.
