During a sleepless night, Mr Clinton is visited by the ghosts of three former presidents, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and Abraham Lincoln. Clinton decides to seek their opinion, and he turns to Washington. Clinton: George, the country is in trouble. How can I make this a better America? Washington: That's easy, Bill. Cut taxes and cut spending! Clinton: What about you, Tom? How can I make this a better America? Jefferson: George is right. Cut taxes and cut spending! Clinton: And you, Abe? How do you thnk I make this a better America? Lincoln: Take a night off and go to the theater.
