You have no documented basis for allegations of accounting problems at MVEE That is correct..!! Why.., Mister Wordsy-Twisty..?!?! Because, I never said any such thing (..much to your frustration and dismay..)!!
I said "..the industry.." has a continual history of funny business in ..handling the money..!! And, you're most certainly welcome to try and dispute that "..fact.." - until the top of your pointy little head turns blue from banging it on the walls of your compulsive-obsessive unauthorized company cyber-castle.
With your overwhelming fixation on this one stock, and self-appointed status as Lord High Information Handler, Critic, and Director of MVEE Threads and Websites you can throw your little hissy-fits 'til the cows come home....., or you can accept that it's a relevant issue and/or answer the question.
Among all the other issues that many of the other parties on this thread have raised - deserving of direct answers from Mr. Cataldo - I repeat mine:
"...Who (..of nationally known repute and competence..) is minding the ....M.O.N.E.Y...."??
If it's some pissant Hollyweird bilk-o-rama with a handle like "..Schlameel, Schlamozzle, Finkleswipe, and Gougem of South Malibu..", then your investment, and mine, and everybody else's remains in question.
Why does the question bother you so much, BuckO....???
Something about your relationship with, and purported knowledge of, the company that you're not sharing with everybody..????!!
You pass yourself off as the big self-proclaimed know-it-all here..!! What's the answer? Who is the accountancy that's in charge of insuring that the company's (..read that as "OUR"..) money is not being pissed away on unauthorized horsecrap. What makes them good enough to get the job? Which of the officers of that company is related to someone at MVEE? How many times has that company "..prevented.." monkey-business and got cheaters fired? And, how many times have they been caught with their employee's hands in the till..??
When is your apparently personal benefactor, Mr. Cataldo, going to hire an Ernst & Young, or Authur Anderson, or KPMG, etc., whose national reputation is above reproach..?? And, if not - why not..??!!
It is certainly my hope that everything is "..happy as a clam in sand.." and we all get rich. To have value, a company has to be seen as desirable by a potential purchaser (SONY, or whomever).
If the SOB is bleeding internally, it's worth is diminished - and it's stock price will reflect that. So the "pro-active question" stands....
Who, that WE can trust, is minding the store..??"

John :-) |
