My concerns....for today only....circle around the thinning of trading in New York and the Expiration of the September Contract.

So very near term....the next 2 hours....I think it could flip either way. As for the strength of the market beyond that I imagine you have technical long term rationale.

I'm mostly trying to rely on a form of card sense. It did sell down rather hard, rather quickly. But I don't think an intermediate bounce signals an "All is Well" necessarily. I think the real test starts Tuesday, perhaps even Monday. Although, once the September is out of the way there isn't even any reason for the decline to resume tomorrow...but again, just a hunch.
