I have never claimed to be a professor (not that there's anything wrong with it). BTW, Duncan, Indiana University practices academic freedom and no one at IU would give a rat's ass what someone posted on a thread like this.For the record. I am a "reformed" academic who has spent the past twenty years working in the corporate sector. Anybody who gives a damn (and I'm not sure why they would) can look up my SI profile because I have a link to my web site. Speaking of character, while my credentials may not be all that impressive, at least I didn't make them up, as I strongly suspect did "Duncan Idaho." I enjoy the give and take of the many reasonable people on this thread who simply disagree on issues subject to debate. Some posts, however, seem far too juvenile to deserve a response, and I'm sorry I've even bothered to engage in such blather. I should have followed the good advice that one should be wary of wrestling with a pig. You both get dirty and the pig likes it.
