Ish, In that case, I guess they don't produce that much gas. We first viewed them from an underwater walkway, and then went up to where we could see them from slightly above. There were very few bubbles, and I didn't smell any thing that could be considered offensive.

What is really neat, is that they have nostrils instead of a blow hole, and they have flaps on them like the doors on a torpedo tube. When they come to the surface, you can see these flaps open as they take a breath of air. It is amazing, that one short breath can last them for, what seems like, a half hour. They must have some kind of lung capacity.
